Rapidshare, one of the German owned popular file hosting site may be banned from operation IF the German court found that RapidShare is liable to copyrighted files uploaded to their server. Read the article "It’s Fair To Say That Germans Will Soon Have Zero Access To Online File Sharing Sites" from Techcrunch.

FILE WILL NOT ACCESSIBLE IN RAPIDSHARE IF...
If this is true scenario, then German court may request RapidShare to temporary stop operation for auditing. You or your group may not be able to access files park in RapisShare server.

FILE SHIFTING ACTIVITIES IF...
For those who are sharing files in RapidShare with group, you may need to take quick action to shift the file to some other server or at least duplicating a copy.

FIND OTHER FILE HOSTING SERVER IF...
There are other file hosting server elsewhere. Example are MIHD, MEGAUPLOAD, MEDIA FIRE, etc...

DUPLICATE FILE IF...
Those who share file in FREE File Hosting server is liable to lost their files in a second. Those consider to duplicate uploading your file in other file hosting server as backup. Many "smart" players are practicing this treat.

"CYBER TRAFFIC JAM"
